WELCOME TO MULTILEDGERS

Multiledgers is a leading Brazilian startup in the public cloud orchestration segment for deploying and managing blockchain networks with high levels of security in the main DLT frameworks on the market. We are looking for a Product or Web Designer UX/UI, that will lead our efforts to continuously refine and improve our users’ interaction with our software. You will work near developers, marketing, and others to design the look and feel of our suite of products.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTIONS

• Work end-to-end—from ideation through concept design to high-fidelity product design mockups;
• Iteratively prototype product concepts to help guide product development;
• Create and iterate on high fidelity designs for new and existing features;
• Contribute to the development of our Web Platform Basic Frontend;
• Contribute to building our design practice;
• Apply and contribute to the development of our design system and component library;
• Conduct user research and apply learnings to the product design process;
• Communicate efficiently and effectively cross-functionally, between product development, and marketing;
• Establish and improve on design best practices and help build a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement within the design team;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in UX/UI design for deeply interactive web applications;
• Strong UX design skills – you can connect your design decisions to user behavior every step of the way;
• Strong visual design skills – every detail matters;
• Proficiency on the frontend (React, React hooks, HTML/CSS)
• Knowledge of Node.js in a production environment
• Passionate about growth, metrics, and user experience
• Experience working with front-end developers and collaborating with other cross-functional teams;
• Experience brainstorming product concepts and facilitating workshops around product and design discovery;
• Ability to work independently, estimate, project, and own product design processes within a decentralized work environment— Multiledgers is a remote team!
• Experience with Figma, Sketch, Invision, or similar industry tools, as well as comfort with UX workflow tools such as Miro, Lucidchart, etc;
• Attention to detail while being able to think and analyze holistically and at a high level;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills;
• Bachelor’s degree in Design(web or product), Visual Arts, and related areas, OR 1+ years within Product Design UI/UX or Web Design UI/UX;
